Lead Generation Specialist

We are looking for a proactive and experienced Lead Generation Specialist to join our team.

Requirements:

  • Over 3 years of experience in Lead Generation, including the ability to make qualification calls.
  • At least an Upper-Intermediate level in English (in both written and oral).
  • Strong knowledge of LinkedIn outreach.
  • Experience in identifying Ideal Customer Profiles (ICP) and database creation.
  • Proficient in CRM systems and statistical tools, with the ability to extract and analyze necessary data, preparation of different reports and metrics collection and analyzing campaign effectiveness.
  • Experience in strategy creation, conducting various experiments, analyzing results, and implementing best scenarios.
  • Experience both in actively seeking direct clients and in organizing successful roadshows.
  • The preparation and composition of texts, as well as the creation of sequences.
  • Skills of mentoring and training of trainees and juniors.

Would be an advantage:

  • Experience with various lead generation automation services.
  • Practical experience with email outreach and Upwork.
